Description

This is a sole source announcement by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific). Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SSC Pacific awarded a firm fixed price contract to AT&T Government Solutions, Inc; 1900 Gallows Road, Vienna, VA 22182-3865. This is a follow- on acquisition of the current 911-Routing and Management Service (911-RMS) infrastructure in the CONUS and OCONUS Navy Regions for enhancements to include: 911 Automatic Location Information (911-ALI) and Navy Crash Phone Service. The services will ensure continued access with no break in the 911-RMS coverage at all Navy Regions. The applicable NAICS code is 517110, and the Small Business Size Standard for no. of employees is 1,500.
