Description

SYNOPSIS: The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego (SWRMC) intends to issue a solicitation for on-site productions support personnel to accomplish assessment of systems, repairs, deep cleaning and miscellaneous services associated with the upkeep of U.S. Navy Berthing Barges during scheduled barge IMAV periods. The Barges are located in the Pacific Southwest (San Diego) California; the Middle Pacific (Pearl Harbor) Hawaii,(Apra Harbor) Guam, (Yokosuka and Sasebo, Japan); and the Pacific Northwest (Bremerton, Bangor and Everett) Washington. This is an 8(a) small business set-aside. The offeror is responsible for the use of the latest revision of all references, specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items. The successful offeror shall have a NAVSEA approved Quality System (IAW NAVSEA Standard Item 009-004), approved and in place at time of proposal submission. The Government intends to a contract for a base year period and 4 one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS will be "336611" Business size: 1,000 employees.
