Description

Second set of Q&A's Amendment Four Posted 2/18/2016 Solicitation DOL-MSH-16-R-00003 is amended as set forth below and in amendments 1-3 as listed above. The hour and date specified for receipt of Offers remains 12:00 PM on 2/24/2016. Offerors must acknowledge receipt amendments one, two, three, and four prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended the following method: By acknowledging receipt of this amendment within the technical proposal of the offer submitted. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. If by virtue of this amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by telegram or letter, provided each telegram or letter makes reference to the solicitation and this amendment, and is received prior to the opening hour and date specified. Amendment four addresses the acknowledgement of all amendments and attaches the last set of questions and answers. No more questions will be accepted.
