- SELF CERTIFYING DOCUMENT (ATTACHMENT #1)- SHALL COMPLETE AND SUBMIT SECTION K ACQUISITION RISK QUESTIONS (ATTACHMENT #2)- SHALL COMPLETE AND SUBMIT KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL LIST (ATTACHMENT #3)- SHALL COMPLETE AND SUBMIT NAME BRAND JUSTIFICATION RFQ DOCUMENT - SHALL READ, COMPLETE AND SUBMIT PRICING MATRIX OR SUBMIT QUOTE THAT MATCHES PRICING MATRIX THE VENDOR SHALL READ THE ATTACHED RFQ DOCUMENT, COMPLETE THE PRICING MATRIX IN THE RFQ DOCUMENT OR HAVE QUOTE MATCH THE PRICING MATRIX, COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE SELF CERTIFYING DOCUMENT (ATTACHMENT #1), COMPLETE AND SUBMIT SECTION K ACQUISITION RISK QUESTIONS (ATTACHMENT #2), COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL LIST (ATTACHMENT #3). FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN THE VENDOR BEING DETERMINED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to establish a BPA for Imation Ironkey D250 Thumb Drives. This is a total small business set aside. There will be a single award for this requirement. Quotes shall be firm fixed price. This will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All vendors shall have an Active DUNS number in SAM.GOV for the life of the BPA. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. This RFQ is covered under 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items (Commercial Item Test Program). No minimum amount is guaranteed under this BPA. The ceiling on this BPA is $3,000,000. NAICS Code for this requirement is 334112 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. The FBI and all other DOJ components may order from this BPA. Purchase cards and Purchases Orders shall be accepted for purchases. Delivery shall be 30 days or less. This is a all or nothing request for quote, failure to quote anyone of the products listed will result in the vendor being considered not technically acceptable.
