All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be found at https://www.sam.gov. The OCC anticipates conducting a competition under the authority of FAR 13.5 for the purchase of IT research licenses. The OCC intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract with optional contract line items (CLINs). The anticipated period of performance is for a one-year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods. Comments, correspondence, or questions must be submitted in accordance with the information and instructions contained in the posting. All written correspondence must include the company name, point of contact, announcement number, address, phone number, and e-mail address (if available). Potential quoters are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov.
