- ADAPTER, PRESSURE TEST, The Government has a requirement for the following: Noun: ADAPTER, PRESSURE TEST, NSN: 4920-01-125-5384: Part Number: 4920-UH60-000; Qty: MIN 60 each - MAX QTY 340 (YEAR 1 - 60, YEAR 2 - 60, YEAR 3 - 60, YEAR 4 - 60, YEAR 5 - 100) each; This part will be utilized on the Patriot System A-BE(UH-60 BLACKHAWK), YEAR 1 - First Article Test Report 228 days after contract award, Production Quantity is 531 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or limited number of sources. RFP will be issued to: NAV-AIDS LTD, Cage: (38002), COBRA SYTEMS, INC., Cage: (3BSK6), ROSEMONT AEROSPACE INC., Cage: (59885). This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application. All offers must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Qualification procedures for Missile requirements (AMCOM pamphlet 702-1) and policy relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Missile requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Drawings, specifications or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Distribution Code A - Approve for public release; distribution is unlimited. NOTE 22 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
