- The Mission Installation Contracting Office, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source contract to iFLY Austin for 33 hours of Virtual Wind Tunnel Training in support of personnel assigned to Military Free Fall (MFF) positions at Fort Hood, Texas. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to the specialized nature of training and proximity of other facilities. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611512- Sports and Recreation, small business size standard of $7.5M.
