Description
Draft Performance Work Statement Background: The purpose of this acquisition is to provide all management, supervision, personnel, supplies, materials, equipment, vehicles and services necessary to perform military family housing maintenance and repair services in Army Family Housing (AFH) and Leased Housing (LH) associated with the USAG – VICENZA Place of Performance: Work will be executed in the USAG Vicenza area on Army Family Housing and Leased Housing. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, supplies, materials, equipment, vehicles and services necessary to perform military family housing maintenance and repair services in Army Family Housing (AFH) and Leased Housing (LH) associated with the USAG – VICENZA, in and around Vicenza, Italy. The Contractor shall provide the technical knowledge and skills necessary to perform Family Housing Maintenance services for the housing units and support facilities. The Contractor shall maintain military family housing units in a timely and professional manner to achieve clean, safe and livable conditions. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, national codes, and applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations, unless otherwise specified. Military family housing maintenance applies to all of the housing units, storage and garage buildings, playgrounds and buildings. Service Performance: The Contractor shall provide inspections, maintenance, and work order responses. The work includes regular scheduled maintenance, maintaining a database of all work orders, operating and stocking the U-Do-It Shop, answering service telephone call requests, between occupancy maintenance, grounds maintenance, painting, cleaning of gutters and drainpipes, pest control and other various maintenance works as well as unscheduled service calls. The Performance Work Statement will address, in detail, all performance requirements. A draft copy of the PWS is attached to this synopsis. Period of Performance: The Government anticipates awarding a base plus two year contract. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is requested that interested vendors submit to the Contracting Office a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating the ability to perform the services listed above. In order to deem the vendors' responsibility, such package shall include the following documentation: 1. Certificato di Iscrizione alla Camera di Commercio (Certificate of the Chamber of Commerce) NOT older than six (6) months at the time set forth for the receipt of the source sought inquiry. Self-certifications are NOT allowed. The business purpose (oggetto sociale) should include but is not limited to: Property management and maintenance 2. SAM Registration. In order to register on SAM website (https://www.sam.gov ), vendors must have a DUNS number (obtainable on http://dbitaly.dnb.com ) and a NATO code (obtainable on www.dlis.dla.mil/forms/form_AC135.asp). The successful offeror to be awarded this contract MUST be currently registered in the SAM database. NOTE: If the decision is made to issue a solicitation for this requirement, additional information regarding the Performance of Work will accompany the solicitation. The capability statement package must be sent by email to Dee Cavanaugh at deloris.s.cavanaugh.civ@mail.mil and Sebastiana Cappello at sebastiana.cappello.ln@mail.mil Submissions must be received no later than 4 March 2016.
