- DRAFT Statement of Work for AUAB FY16 MACC 1. NOTICE This Sources Sought and Request for Information (RFI) is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in-and ability to support-a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. The results of this market research will be used to assist in acquisition planning and strategy as well as identify potential responsible sources. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This is not a solicitation or Request for Proposals, nor should it be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. 2. PROGRAM DETAILS The Air Force anticipates awarding a target of four (4) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the MACC program consisting of a broad range of design-build, sustainment, maintenance, alteration, repair, renovation, and minor construction projects at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. Performance of design-build or build only requirements will be accomplished through individual, firm-fixed price task orders. Descriptions of work will be identified for each individual task order. The anticipated period of performance for the MACC program is five (5) years, consisting of one base year and four one-year option periods. The Government anticipates an aggregate maximum amount-for all contracts awarded under the MACC-of $75,000,000.00 over five years. *Please see attached Draft Statement of Work. 3. RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS The Government requests that interested parties submit the following information: 1. Statement of Interest: Include company name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, CAGE code and DUNS number (if applicable), and point of contact information. 2. Statement of Capability: Provide a brief overview of the company's construction and repair capabilities, the dollar value and description of recent projects (within the past three years), as well as any relevant experience working with the United States Government. Note: Interested parties are hereby notified that any solicitation and/or award issued in regards to the subject requirement will be restricted to companies possessing a current, valid Qatar Commercial Registration issued by the Ministry of Business and Trade. Please submit requested information to bryant.alexander@auab.afcent.af.mil and spencer.jacobson@auab.afcent.af.mil, no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, March 16, 2016. Responses should be submitted in electronic format and limited to no more than five (5) pages.
