- Synopsis: The Mission and Installation Contracting command Fort Lee is currently seeking sources to provide Getz Recovery/Recharger Fire Extinguisher Unit Accessory Parts to support Fire Suppression Training in the 91C Course 720-91C10: Utilities Equipment Repairer, Fort Lee, VA. 23801, - Rozier Hall. Getz Parts are required to support PFN: 91C10G01/G02 which covers 20hrs of Fire Suppression. This notice is (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice source sought is posted for ten (15) calendar days. All response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received by 11:30 am EST, 8 March 2016, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is based on this notice and a source sought notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This Sources Sought Synopsis is issued for maximizing competition. Should anything in the requirement be construed as limiting competition, please feel free to contact the MICC Advocate for Competition at dean.m.carsello.civ@mail.mil. Include the subject of the acquisition, this announcement, and the MICC POC information from this FedBizOpps notice. Finally, please provide the specific aspects that unreasonably restrict competition and your rationale. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous General purpose Machinery Manufacturing) and the Size Standard is 500. Market research is being conducted to determine potential small business sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The results of this request may lead to a future synopsis announcement in FEDBIZOPPS as a request for quote. Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following information: 1. Company Name and address; 2. Point of Contact with email address; 3.
