- Description of desired vehicle requirements & specifications. This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The United States Air Force, 375 Contracting Squadron, Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources to provide three RTV 1140 Series Utility Vehicles. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses capable of providing such Utility Vehicles. Please see attached Sources Sought document for detailed description / specifications. This is for informational and planning purposes only. All information submitted is voluntary.
