- This is notice of an Indefinite Quantity Contract Solicitation number, SPE4A7-16-R-1547, IQC 1000044502 with a base and four option periods for the following National Stock Number, (NSN), 1680-00-555-2938 used on the B52 Aircraft. This is a fully competitive item. The solicitation will be issued full and open competition, and is unrestricted for business sized. This is a Navy Critical Safety item. A Government First Article Test, Textile Test and a Production Lot Test applies. The following terms apply: Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, FOB Destination. Delivery days for the First Article Sample, is 203 days or best possible. Ship to CONUS locations as specified on each delivery order Production Delivery is 203 DAFAA. This is a Critical Application Item, Configuration Controlled. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity is 2,455 each. The Maximum Contract Quantity per year is 3,122 each. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the "C folders" link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue dated cited in the RFP.
