THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES: The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 4 intends to award a firm fixed Service and Preventive Maintenance contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
