- Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to (1) provide clarification for questions received on the solicitation, (2) extend the closing date to March 15, 2016, (3) revise Section C to delete clause HQ C-2-0026 and replace with HQ C-2-0027, (4) revise Section F - to change the delivery schedule for CLINS 0001 through 0004 and (5) revise Section J - to incorporate the Past Performance Matrix and Past Performance Questionnaire.
