Description

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a synopsis for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 334510, and size standard is 500 Employees. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR COPIES WILL NOT BE HONORED. GENERAL: The contractor shall provide an Audioscan Verifit 2 Clinic REM/HIT hearing aid fitting system OR EQUAL. The VA intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for this item. The delivery date shall be 30 days after receipt of award or earlier. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT Delivery of Audioscan Verifit 2 Clinic REM/HIT hearing aid fitting system or EQUAL. SCOPE OF WORK: A. General: The scope of this requirement involves providing an Audioscan Verifit or equal, which conform to the specifications outlined and referenced in the RFQ, to VA Southern Oregon Rehab. Center & Clinics. B. Period of Performance: The period of performance will be 30 days after receipt of order or earlier. RFQ PACKAGE: Solicitation package VA260-16-Q-0256 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around February 22, 2016. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. Those who fail to complete and submit the requirements may be considered non-responsive. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor Fedbizopps for changes or amendments. All inquiries must be via email, and all questions and responses will be posted to the FEDBIZOPS website as an amendment to this original announcement.
