- RFI/SSN Draft SOW This REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is being issued to obtain capability statements from small businesses (e.g. 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, HUB Zone small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, veteran-owned small businesses and women-owned small businesses) that are capable, available and qualified to support CMS, and specifically the Center for Program Integrity (CPI), in its General Education and Outreach (GEO) work focused on programs and messaging that can prevent and identify fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) in healthcare.
