- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS For Eagle Range Propane Delivery, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 221210 which has a corresponding Size standard of 500. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. Sources Sought Program Details The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for propane delivery to the Eagle Range located at the UTTR (approximately 110 miles west of Hill AFB, Utah), and to assist in determining if this effort can be supported locally under the NAICS 221210. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. When responding please include: 1. Company Name and Cage code 2. Who is your POC please provide email address and phone number. 3. Describe experience with same or similar items. 4. Suggested NAICS Code 5. Business Size Classification for NAICS and qualifications if any as any sub-category. (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) All contractor services detailed in this SOW will be for Eagle Range. The contractor will be required to contact Eagle Range personnel, Dot Ellis or Roger Cox at 801-777-1515 or 801-777-1516 after award to arrange for an escort and access to facilities. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these sources sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The information provided is considered market research and may be utilized by the AF in developing its acquisition strategy, Statement of Objectives, and Performance Specifications. Any proprietary information that is submitted may be used as a general concept but specific information will be safeguarded as proprietary, if so marked. Industry Day No Industry day will be held for this effort. Delivery Interested Offerors should send a response to these sources sought to the Contracting Officer listed below.
