Remove Clause 252.225-7016, Restriction on Acquisiton of Ball and Roller Bearings (Jun 2011); 2. Replace Atch 1, Statement of Requirements, dated 05 Feb 2016 with Atch 1-A01 Statment of Requirements - 23 Feb 2016; 3. Replace Atch 3, Supplemental Instructions to Offerors, with Atch 3-A01 Supplemental Instructions to Offerors - 23 Feb 2016; 4. Replace Atch 6, Safety Standards, with Atch 6-A01, Safety Stds Update - 23 Feb 2016. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The due date for offers remains 14 March 2016 at 2:00 pm Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).
