QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (Q&A) COMPUTER SOFTWARE 373 - MANCHESTER VA101V-16-Q-0125 1)The general information section of the solicitation has a response due date of February 26, 2016 as well as the attached document. However, at the bottom of the body of the solicitation it states the bid is due on February 24, 2016 at 8:00 am Eastern. Please confirm which due date is correct? The correct closing date for solicitation is: Friday, February 26, 2016 at 8:00 A.M., EST. 2)In terms of invoicing for this project, would we be able to invoice bi-monthly or monthly for the project as opposed to invoicing at the completion of the project. The monthly servicing is not included in this requirement, nor will it be included in the award. Monthly servicing will be between end user and vendor and completely independent of the Government.
