- Pre-solicitation Notice Tenkiller Ferry Lake Application Services W912BV-16-T-0026 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV-16-T-0026 for Herbicide Application Services at Tenkiller Ferry Lake, Gore, Oklahoma. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $7,500,000. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis for a base period and 4 option periods to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price and past performance. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Feb Biz Opps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractors' responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. Solicitation issue date is on or about 2/23/2016. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 3/24/2016. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov. The Previous Contract Number is: W912BV-15-P-0076. The total value of the previous contract (base and options) was $28,715.00. Contractor: Horizon Lawn and Tree Care, Inc. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 8 March 2016 at the Tenkiller Lake Office located at US Army Corps of Engineers, 446977 E 980 Road, Gore, Oklahoma 74435 to familiarize potential offerors with the general conditions of the performance site. Attendance is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. Any questions regarding this synopsis shall be submitted through bidders inquiry, offerors will need to be a current registered user or self-register into the system.
