Map of Delineated Area in Portland, ME U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from Lessors of real property in order to explore the market in the Delineated Area below, for the purpose of leasing space that meets the following requirements: State:[Maine] City:[Portland] Delineated Area:[1-295 to the Northwest, Franklin Street to the Northeast, Spring- Middle Streets to the Southeast, and Forest- High Streets to the Southwest (see attached map)] Requested Sq. Ft. :[ Not less than 3,930 ANSI BOMA SF; Not more than 4,127 ANSI BOMA SF ] Space Type:[Office and Law Enforcement] Total Parking Spaces (Total):[10 parking spaces] Full Term:[120 months] Firm Term:[60 months and 84 months* (see note below)] Option Term:[60 months] Additional Requirements:[Agency special requirements to be determined at a later ] date.] ] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, ABAAS and local accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards, per the terms of the Lease.
