- The item to procure is: AMBULANCE HEATER DUCT SHIELDS IAW DRAWING 6506062 THIS IS PRESOLICITATION INFORMATION ONLY The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Five (5) Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Heater Duct Shields. Requirements are for a guaranteed minimum quantity of 30 EA, maximum 3,000 EA, solicitation W9098S-16-T-0025. The shipping terms will be FOB destination (61299). This procurement is in support of the M997 Ambulance program at RIA-JMTC. The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided. Vendors may download an electronic copy on or after the issue date by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website: https://www.fbo.gov/ CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
