Sources Sought Instructions Power Generation Draft Statement of Work GENERAL: The U.S. Department of State (Dos) requires a service contractor to provide training on Power Generation for DoS Facility Managers (FM) and locally employed staff (LES) from embassies throughout the world. The contractor will provide all labor, supplies, tools, materials and equipment necessary to provide the training services as described in the course requirements below. COURSE REQUIREMENTS: The contractor will provide a detailed lesson plan for classroom presentations and hands-on training including time required for each event and troubleshooting.
