Description

This is an Amendment to the NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE posted under Solicitation No. VA244-16-R-0520. This presoliciation notice was synopsized on February 5, 2016, pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.203-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This Amendment is changing the authority of the sole source as follows: The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the procedures in FAR 13.5 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1903. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 812332 with a small business size standard of $38.5M. This Amendment is changing the Solicitation Number for this action from VA244-16-R-0520 to Solicitation No. VA244-16-Q-0626.
