Description

This is a sources sought notice and request for information (RFI). This is not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately at a later time. The purpose of this RFI is to locate those who are capable of and interested in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of storage racks and wet pipe fire sprinkler system at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF in Bremerton, Washington. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code proposed for this requirement is 332312,Fabricated Structural Metal. The size standard for NAICS code 332312 is 500 employees. Comments on this NAICS code and suggestions for alternatives must include supporting rationale. This NAICS code is subjected to change if necessitated by the responses to this Sources Sought. The contemplate contract will be in accordance with the attached statement of work. Any qualified and interested companies responding to this announcement must be able to support all areas. No partial support responses from the industry will be accepted. The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF is seeking only qualified, experience sources interested in performing the requirements identified in the attached SOW. Interested contractors who feel they can fully support this requirement must furnish the following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, Duns and Bradstreet Unique Numbering System, Cage Code and Email address. 2. Type of business, i.e., small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HubZone etc., under NAICS Code 332312, size standard of 500. 3. Provide no more than three (3) references for no more than three (3) of the most recent and relevant contracts directly elated to the attached SOW.
