Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources for a Multi-Year Contract that can provide Storage of Furniture, Installation, and Electronic Management for the Cleveland VA Medical Center (10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106). The Period of Performance for the base year of the contract would start from 6-01-2016 through 5-31-2017 The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238390. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a four year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about March 1, 2016 as a request for proposal. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on April 1, 2016 by 3 pm EST. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments. Correspondence or questions regarding the solicitation may be directed to Roman Savino, Contract Specialist at roman.savino@va.gov with "VA250-16-R-0145" in the subject line by Wednesday, March 23rd at 3:00 pm EST.
