- This Notice of Intent is issued to inform industry of the Government's intent to increase the ceiling of contract SPRBL1-15-D-0014 with DRS RSTA Inc. (32865) by $20,000,000, and is being published for informational purposes only. The proposed contract action is made under the terms of the existing contract SPRBL1-15-D-0014: DLA Land Aberdeen intends to issue a modification on a noncompetitive basis to DRS RSTA Inc. in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This increase in ceiling of $20,000,000 is issued to satisfy agency needs by adding the DVE CV Sensor NSN 5855-01- 588- 3771, part number 1000614-101 and by providing additional coverage for the remaining performance period for following three spare items currently on contract: Receiver Infrared (Abrams CV Censor), NSN 5855-01-599-3102, part number 1014303-101 Bracket Mounting, NSN 5340-01-599-2983, part number 106570-101 Cable Assembly Special Purpose, Electrical, NSN 5995-01-600-4075, part number 1007812-101 These are non- commercial items. The items incorporated in this requirement support the newer Abrams spare parts.
