- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply and/or service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is FA4814-16-T-F006. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The 6 th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following: DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT : Brand name or equal Stand up desks(Varidesk) CLIN 0001 VARIDESK: Pro Plus 36 Desk SKU: #49900 34- EA Product description: Adjustable desk requirements •- Must be adjustable through a range of settings between flat on the desk to atleast 17 inches above the desk top •- Requires minimal effort, less than 10 pounds of forces, to raise or lower the desk •- Power assist with spring or counterweight (no electric motors) •- "Gravity mounts" on desk top with no physical attachment to the desk required •- Must come in three configurations for single monitor(30-36' wide), dual monitor-straight(42-48" wide) and dual monitor- corner( equivalent space as 42-48" wide straigt) applications •- Must include monitor shelf and keyboard/mouse shelf.
