Description

W912D0-16-T-0013 Solicitation Project 124-14057-4J WD AK160001 124-14057-4J SOW 124-14057-4J PICTURE 124-14057-4J DRAWING The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to remove/replace existing flooring in BLDG 3214E. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment and materials to replace the "walk off carpet" with slate tile to match that in the adjacent hallway. A site visit will be conducted on 09 March 2016, 1300 AKST at BLDG 3015 in DPW's Facilities Management Conference Room. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below NLT 10 March 2016 by 1600 AKST. All questions will be responded to through FBO. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Offers must be received electronically at kailey.a.good-hallahan.mil@mail.mil. No other method of offer submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting offers. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail. If you are having any issues submitting your offers, please contact SSG Kailey Good-Hallahan as soon as possible. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
