- Description
- This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing two separate (but interchangeable) parts. Noun: Attitude Heading Reference System, NSN 6615-12-372-6798HL (Part Number: 141852-3122), the older unit; NSN: 6615-12-365-7894HL (Part Number: 145130-7000), the newer unit. Both provide the same capability to the TH-1H helicopter. The requirements contract will be a one-time repair. The BEQ for NSN 6615-12-372-6798HL is 3 each to perform a NFF, minor repair, or major repair. The BEQ for NSN 6615-12-365-7894HL is 2 each to perform a NFF, minor repair, or major repair. Destination: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887. Routine Delivery: 60 calendar days after receipt of item. SURGE and MICAP is 30 work days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. SURGE and MICAP delivery orders shall take precedence over routine repair, and the delivery schedule shall be adjusted accordingly based on concurrence between the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO), and the contractor. This is a sole source requirement to Northrop Grumman LITEF GmbH, Lorracher Str. 18, 79115 Freilburg, Germany: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
