Description

Procurement Summary - Railroad Retirement Board - Scranton, Pa. U.S. Government seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Scranton Area of Consideration (Delineated Area): Central Business District of Scranton, Pennsylvania Minimum ABOA office area square feet: 1,140 Maximum ABOA office area square feet: 1,140 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: None Additional Requirements: See Request for Lease Proposals package Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards as set forth in the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be located in the 100 year floodplain. Location should have ease of access to major highways and have public parking readily available. The space shall be cleaned between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Preference will be given to space offered on the first floor; however, this is not a requirement. 24 hour access is also preferred but not required.
