The VA Tennessee Valley Health Care System VAMC Nashville has a need for temporary overnight lodging of medical/surgical patients. The NAICS code is 721110 and the PSC is V231. This solicitation will be posted on or about March 15, 2016 and set aside for small businesses within a 10 mile radius of the VAMC Nashville campus. The delivery or performance period requirements for the 92 rooms for week are as follows: Sunday - 16 rooms; Monday - 18 rooms; Tuesday - 19 rooms; Wednesday - 17 rooms; Thursday - 16 rooms; Friday - 3 rooms; and Saturday - 3 rooms. The proposed contract will cover performance periods that include a base period plus four (4) one year options.
