Description

SOLIDWORKS SOFTWARE Close Date: March 07, 2015 at 08:00 AM (EST) Solicitation N00421-16-T-0190 is issued as a sole sourced procurement. The Government intends to purchase a sole sourced purchase order for SolidWorks Flow Simulation Standalone and 3 Years initial service to TRIMech Solutions in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. TRIMech Solutions is the only SolidWorks approved vendor for the government sales in this region. SolidWorks is required in order to maintain compatibility with the other software in our lab and to ensure consistent management of the software licenses. Due to the lack of interoperability of software packages, SolidWorks Flow Simulation is the only product that will allow the capability to perform thermal flow analysis that will leverage our existing software and provide multiple analysts to concurrently work on the same base software. ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
