Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (OPM-CAS) intends to issue a Sole Source modification for the production of M751, M775, and M781 Practice Fuzes. This modification shall be issued under current contract for W15QKN-13-D-0051 for the M751, M775 and M781 Practice Fuzes with Nammo Pocal, Inc. The modification will increase the contract ceiling by $9,361,143.39 and will be issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1); as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The intended modification will be Firm Fixed-Price. The initial delivery is required by June 2017 at a monthly rate of 40,000 each. Funds are available for this acquisition.
