Description
Technical Exhibit 7 - USACAPOC Subordinate Units Technical Exhibit 6 - MIRC TALP Units Solicitation Document The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, North Carolina, has a requirement to provide support to the U.S. Army Forces Command's (FORSCOM's) Language and Culture Services program. The primary objective of the program is to assist Active Army (AA), Reserve Component (RC), and Army National Guard (ARNG) linguists to achieve and maintain/sustain the Army minimum qualification level of ILR L2/R2 and/or S2 [depending on the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)] and strive to enhance proficiency to the Army's stated goal of L3/R3/S3, as measured by the DLPTS, to meet the requirements of military engagements and contingencies. An additional objective is to provide pre-engagement language and/or culture instruction to a select number of General Purposes Forces (GPF) to achieve, at least, ILR L0+/S0+, with the stated goal of ILR L1/S1 or higher, as measured by the DLPTS or other Government-designated assessment tool(s). The anticipated period of performance includes an 11-month base period of 1 August 2016 through 30 June 2017 (includes a one (1) month phase-in period), with two (2) 1-year option periods. The Government intends to award a Requirements Type Contract for this requirement. This acquisition is being procured on an unrestricted basis. The assigned National American Industry Classification System code is 611630 "Language Schools" with a small business size standard of $11.0 million. The closing date for submission of proposals is 7 April 2016 at 2:00pm, Eastern Time. The due date for questions is 16 March 2016 at 2:00pm, Eastern time. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Maintenance database prior to award of a government contract, http://www.sam.gov/.
