Description
WARNING: This solicitation is FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO). It is to be controlled, stored, handled, transmitted, distributed, and disposed of in accordance with DHS policy relating to FOUO information. This information shall not be distributed beyond the original addressees without prior authorization of the originator. This procurement is for GPS Tracking Device Monitoring Service for CovertTrack trackers (Stealth III and Stealth III-micro) in accordance with the request for quotation (RFQ) and the statement of work (SOW). This requirement contains Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) - Law Enforcement Sensitive information. Offerors must complete and return a DHS Form 11000-6 Non-Disclosure Agreement, and submit their DUNS number before being provided a copy of the RFQ. Send your request to kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Suppliers quotations will be provided in two separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 pages or 5 megabytes in total file size. The two parts, as separate documents, are: 1) Price (per month) and delivery (service start date), and 2) Product (monitoring service) descriptions. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR). Therefore, the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best price and delivery, plus give complete and concise descriptions of the proposed monitoring service. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary.
