Description
General Services Administration seeks Expressions of Interest for leased space: State: MAINE City: South Portland Delineated Area: Beginning at the intersection of I-95 and I-295 SOUTH: I-295 EAST: Intersection of I-295 and Maine Turnpike App westerly to I-95 then northerly to Running Hill Road. NORTH: Intersection of I-95 and Running Hill Road. WEST: Running Hill Road and Sable Oaks Drive to the intersection of Cummings Road southerly to the intersection of I-95 and I-295 to include Gannett Drive. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,967 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,315 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Facility must have minimum of two elevators if space is not located on the first floor VERBAL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Written Expressions of Interest must be receive on or before April 20, 2016 and include the following: Building name and address and location of the available space within the building (1st flr east; 3rd flr west, etc.) Scaled floor plan with offered area identified. Rentable square feet (RSF) available, and expected rental rate per RSF fully-serviced. ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA Square Foot, fully-serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state that amount. Date of available space. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on-site, cost per space, and whether the cost is included in the shell rate. Preference will be given to buildings that are currently Energy Star compliant. Buildings which are not currently Energy Star compliant will be expected to be compliant at occupancy. Buildings will be expected to continue to improve features to minimize energy consumption.
