Description

The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Hendrick Manufacturing Corporation, Cage Code 25668, for the repair of a NP4 horizontal panel saw on existing equipment on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Solicitation M67001-16-T-1099. This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted within the closing date of the notice for consideration: TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12:00 pm EST on 14 MARCH 2016 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
