- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is Control, Landing Gear for NSN 1680-00-973-1395; approved source C&H Hydraulics Inc CAGE 13539 Electric P/N 247; Estimated Annual Quantity of 2 each; the required delivery is 256 days; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 30 March 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
