- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center?Atlantic (SSC$B!>(BLANT), Charleston, SC, intends to negotiate a sole source contract modification to increase the ceiling amount and extend the period of performance of the existing contract N65236-11-C-5834 with Northrop Grumman System Corporation, Herndon, VA 20171-3415. The estimated ceiling increase is $7.5 million. The period of performance will be extended from 4 JUNE 2016 to 3 JUNE 2019 (36 months). This modification is necessary to accommodate the procurement and fielding of production units developed under this contract as required in support of DISA Enterprise & Gateway Solutions Sub-Portfolio at SSC Atlantic and Teleport Program Office at DISA. This action is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government.
