- AGENCY: AFAFRICA LOCATION: Niamey, Niger (AFRICA) OFFICE: 768 EABS/CONS SELF-ERECTING TOWER (Supporting Ground Data Terminal Antenna) Sources Sought THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. The 768th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron (768 EABS) is conducting market research to determine the availability, interest and capability of any and all potential sources capable of providing the requirements listed below. The information in this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information/sources sought notice. The 768th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron (768 EABS), Air Base 101, Niamey, Niger, Africa, is conducting research on the following, potential brand name OR EQUAL requirement: MANUFACTURER: Tower Solutions PART NUMBER: PTM-100 QUANTITY: 3 EACH Salient Characteristics: •Maximum Tower Height: 80 feet (24.38 meters) •Payload: 2,000 (907 kilograms) at 80 feet •Electric Motor-driven self-erect (button activated) •AC or DC Power Capable •Emergency Crank •Enclosed Electrical Controls •Leveling System Notifying +/- 1 Degree •Non-skid Catwalk •Outrigger System •Heavy Duty Trailer •Additional Options May Be Required for Military Specification Delivery: 768 EABS is seeking potential expedited delivery information on the product above. The units would require delivery to the following location: 768 EABS, Air Base 101 Niamey, Niger (Africa) The Government requests interested parties submit a brief statement of current capability, providing product information and delivery solutions.
