Synopsis: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses in identifying the availability of the below requirement. No solicitation is being issued at this time. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Background: The Stryker Crossfire 2 Console is a 2-1 console that operates the Stryker Formula Shaver System and the Stryker Serfas Energy RF System. The Pittsburgh VA Surgical Service uses Stryker shaver blades and burs, along with the Stryker Serfas Energy RF probes. The Crossfire 2 console and footswitch control Serfas Energy probes, Formula Series hand pieces, and TPS small joint hand pieces. Crossfire 2 integrates with the CrossFlow pump optimizing fluid flow when the two are used together. Crossfire 2 has a customizable interface that eliminates the need to switch individual setting between cases. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 339112.
