- Description
- This acquisition is for the manufacture and delivery of the USMC Pack Liner NSN: 8465-01-613-1251 and USMC Pack Liner Assault NSN: 8465-01-613-1233. Manufacturing of the USMC Pack Liner and the USMC Pack Liner Assault shall be in accordance with Purchase Description GL/PD 13-02 dated 9 October 2013 and change letter dated 7 February 2014. The production lead time for initial order is 150 days after award and 90 days for subsequent orders. Deliveries will be made to Austin, TX, Lansing, MI, and Pendergrass, GA. This will be an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity contract for a 12-month base year period and two (2) one-year option periods. This contract will consist of the guaranteed minimum (GM), Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ), and Annual Order Limitation Quantity (AOLQ) as identified below for each liner separately. A quote for each liner for each ordering period will be required for the solicitation. The government will issue an award on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standard for non-cost factors is as follows: 1) Product Demonstration Model(s) (PDM). The Government will calculate an offeror's overall price by multiplying the unit price for each item for each ordering period by the annual order limitation quantities (AOLQ). Evaluation Factors for this acquisition is as follows: 1. Product Demonstration Model(s) (PDM) Anticipate Solicitation to be issued in April 2016.
