- Appendix C CDRLs PWS SOLICITATION F3QCCL6005A002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F3QCCL6005A002. This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition. This will be a firm-fixed price award for CLIN 0001. Quotations should be emailed to Kristi Bond ( kristi.bond@us.af.mil ) no later than Fri, 18 Mar 2016, 3:00 PM (EST). The anticipated award date is Wed, 23 Mar 2016. Please do not request award status prior to this date. Justification for Sole Source Only: Due to the urgency of the requirement and BAE's extensive knowledge and great experience, they are the only proven manufacturer that can meet the government's current requirement within the specified time frame.
