Description

Requirements Document: SaaSMaint JOFOC: SaaSMaint The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), intends to make an award to SaaS Maint DBA Asset Optics, Roswell, Georgia under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking to acquire Saasmaint software. Saasmaint software is a Salesforce plugin and is in support of the NHPA application built in Salesforce platform in 2012. Without this license reinstatement and 12 months subscription support, NHPA will not be usable by its users. NHPA supports the National Historic Preservation regional POCs and allows them to provide mandatory compliance. The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 423430. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 3:00 pm. ET, Wednesday, March 23, 2016. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
