This an acquisition for solar photovoltaic module testing in accordance with IEC Standards 61853-1 (2011) and 61853-2 (expected 2016 publication). The associated NAICS code for this requirement is 541380 - Testing Laboratories with a small business size standard of $15 million. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-86. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
