- Description
- The Air Force District of Washington Directorate intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Qualtrics, LLC for the purchase of Qualtrics Subscription Service using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority FAR 6.301-1, Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required, because the supplies or service are unique or highly specialized. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 5415111, Customer Computer Programming Services, and the applicable small business size standard is $27,500,000.00. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all responses by 28 March 2016, 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement.
