- This is a reposting of a previous presolicitation notice. The 409th Regional Contracting Office Benelux anticipates a requirement for custodial services at USAG Benelux-Schinnen. The custodial services shall include all labor, management, tools, equipment, supplies, chemicals, supervision, transportation, and other items or services to ensure that the custodial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a safe, satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat and professional appearance of the facilities. The site of work is located in The Netherlands. Not limited list of potential sites and type of buildings: USAG Benelux-Schinnen Borgerweg 10 6365 CW Schinnen The Netherlands The anticipated solicitation release date is on or about 11 March 2016 with an anticipated contract award date on or about 25 April 2016. Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the System for Award Management (SAM) may be awarded a contract as a result of the solicitation. Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Contractors shall be registered in WAWF.
