Description

SPEACIAL NOTICE SOLE SOURCE STATMENT SPECIAL NOTICE Due to proprietary information/ rights, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Pan American Tool Corporation 5990 NW 31st ave. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This requirement is for the Nova Kit P/n 61-042 Drill Motor with attachments in support of helicopter repairs at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, TX. This special notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations, no solicitation package will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 3 days from the date of the publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to supply the above requirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this requirement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any questions or inquiries must be emailed to the contracting office at Kevin.m.palmer8.civ@mail.mil.
