Description
Statement of Work for the installation of 5 CAC entry readers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F5N3SC5341AC01. The NAICS code is 561621, Install 5 physical CAC card access control systems to 5 points of entry doors on Westover ARB and corresponds with a small business size standard of $20,500,000.00. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The 439th Airlift Wing requires the Install 5 physical CAC card access control systems to 5 points of entry doors on Westover ARB 5 entryways to be serviced at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, Massachusetts. The contractor shall provide at a minimum a 2-factor PIV CAC entry system capable to be used both indoors and outdoors. It must be made of a durable material such as a polycarbonate housing with the protective shutter to resist foreign objects and wind driven rain with LED definitions and date and time display. A red green and yellow LED indicators weather shield enclosure for outdoor readers, and the ability to remotely program each read with different access lists. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) will explain in more detail. All proposals will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance shall be completed within 60 days of contract award date. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this FBO site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. Please see attached document for details of requirements. Payment by electronic funds transfer and electronic submission of payment requests apply. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Currently funds are not available for this project, we are awaiting funds. Offers shall be submitted NO LATER THAN 1100 EST on April 15, 2016.
